Siza Water is hiring a Control Room Operator and a Finance Clerk.
Suitable candidates must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12
- Trade Certificate
- Control Room SOPs
- MS Office
- SCADA
Suitable candidates must have the following work experience:
- 5 years’ relevant experience in Control Room operation
- Experience in the mining environment highly advantageous
The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:
- Inspect and prepare loads that need to be moved.
- Immediately act on reports of equipment faults, breakdowns and emergencies, according to SOP
- Complete and analyse hourly reports
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation

- Monitor costs or expenses to achieve cost efficiencies and reduce waste
- Support the Transformation agenda
- Ensure a Zero Harm workplace
- Adhere to and improve reporting processes for the area of responsibility
