MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 with relevant experience.

• Computer Literate

HOURS OF WORK

Monday to Friday 08H30 – 18H00

Three Saturdays/month 08h30 – 13h00

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing customer purchases or account payments at the point of sale.

• Communicating and upselling products at the point of sale.

• Taking telephonic orders from customers.

• Daily cashing up and balancing of till.

• Provide professional customer service by assisting and advising customers in the shop on their purchases, including up-selling and cross selling, e.g., stock on promotion, Script Saver products, suggest vitamins and tissues to customers with colds and flu, airtime, etc.
