PINDULO VDM IS OFFERING A DRIVING LEARNERSHIP PROGRAMME

Minimum Requirements:

-Age between 25-36 years.

-Std 10/Grade 12 with Mathematics and English as subjects.

-Valid Code 14 driver’s license.

-At least 3 years of experience as a driver.

-No criminal record.

Program Details:

–Duration: 12 months.

–Stipend: A monthly stipend will be paid.

Methodology:

–Theory: Classroom facilitation for three months.

–Practical: On-the-job training in the specified regions for nine months.

Duties and Ethics:

Participants will be trained to handle various driving and logistical tasks within the company. Emphasis will be placed on safety, punctuality, and professional conduct. Ethical behavior, adherence to traffic laws, and maintaining a clean driving record are crucial components of this learnership.
