Introduction
We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team within the cleaning and hygiene industry – based in Modimolle.
Mission: Ensure successful and profitable delivery of the company’s core services by focusing on business development and growing revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Telesales – Growing revenue by sourcing cleaning jobs
- Answering switchboard and preparing quotations for clients
- Achieving Monthly Sales Targets
- Invoicing jobs
- Assisting the specialized team with the planning and scheduling of cleaning jobs
- Assisting with the management of the delivery of chemicals and consumables to our contract sites
- Assisting with arranging casual staff for cleaning jobs.
- Assisting with the preparation of Timesheets for Payroll processing by Head Office
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Computer literacy (Essential)
- Preferably 3-5 years’ experience within telesales and preparation of quotes in the cleaning industry
- We are looking for someone who is hands on, quick learner and resourceful
