**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a dedicated retail assistant to join our team and help our kiosk operate seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:

– Providing top-notch customer service and seeking opportunities for upselling.
– Distributing samples and engaging with customers.
– Maintaining cleanliness of the kiosk and its equipment.
– Managing card transactions.
– Upholding a high standard of personal hygiene and adhering to food safety regulations.
– Monitoring and replenishing stock as needed.
– Preparing and heating food.
– Assisting the manager with various tasks to ensure smooth operation.
– Addressing customer complaints when necessary.

**Requirements**:

– Preferably previous experience in retail.
– Flexibility with work hours and availability to work weekends.
– The ability to perform well under pressure and achieve results.
– Quick learning capability.
– Effective working both independently and as part of a team.
– Strong communication skills, energy, and stamina.

Compensation:

– Salary: R200 per hour

Schedule:

– 8-hour shifts
