iMvula is looking for candidates residing in Ezakheni A, Danskraal, Ladysmith and surrounding areas for positions as site managers, site supervisors, security officers (Grade A, B & C), control room operators, and dog handlers:

– Valid PSIRA
– South African citizen
– Security work experience
– Clear criminal record
– Valid Certificate of Competency is advantageous
– Self-disciplined with high level of integrity
– Good English verbal and written communication and report writing skills
– Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Duties & Responsibilities
- Possession of valid PSIRA certifications
- Ability to handle a hand gun for commericial purposes
- Physical Fitness and Agility:
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform duties that may involve standing, walking, running, and physically demanding situations.
- Agility and quick reflexes to respond effectively to security threats or emergencies.
- Security Skills:
- Proficiency in risk assessment, threat analysis, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with surveillance techniques, access control, and perimeter defence strategies.
- Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain clear and concise communication under pressure and in high-stress situations.Discretion and Professionalism:
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
- Professional appearance, with the ability to represent the organization and its clients with integrity and respect. Teamwork and Collaboration:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other security personnel, and clients
- Willingness to follow instructions and support team members in achieving common security objectives. Flexibility and Availability:
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on client schedules and security needs. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security risks and develop effective countermeasures.
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in fast-paced and unpredictable environments Ethical Standards:
