Rivoningo Consultancy: Learnership Programme 2024

One of our esteemed Mine client is currently seeking individuals to participate in a project management Learnership programme. The individuals must reside in Middleburg, and anyone reside in the following surrounding areas may apply:

-Witbank

-Mhuzi

-Secunda

-Hendrina

Duration

This qualification is a Blended Learnership and runs over 12 months. Candidates will need to attend 2 days of face-to-face/ virtual training (on average) as well as completing digital content (Online Learning) each month.
During this time, learners will also be required to complete assessments per learning programme covered.

 

Qualifications Overview

Projects are diverse in their nature, so a wide range of skills is required to manage them. This qualification provides the foundation for an individual in an organisation to plan, implement and manage projects successfully. Learners will acquire the specific skills to be an effective project team member; undertake a
range of project management administration or support tasks and contribute to the planning and execution of projects or sub-projects. It is designed for people working in a project environment as a team member, project
administrator or leader of a small project/sub-project.

Requirements:

Grade 12

Aged between 18-30
