Duties & Responsibilities Our client within the Automotive Industry is looking to employ a Customer Experience Team Leader (Product Genius) in Sandton, Johannesburg.

 

This role involves the provision of an excellent support service which will ensure a functional and seamless on floor customer experience in which the showroom floor is effectively supervised and supported.

 

Requirements:

• Grade 12 is essential

• Customer facing certification or diploma

• Leadership skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer interfacing role.

• Able to work under Pressure • Transparent and honest

• Excellent administrative abilities

• Process driven

• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

• Ability to follow through on instructions

• Be a team player

• Computer proficiency

Duties (but not limited to:

• Delivery Logistics

• Customer Handover

• Aftersales
