Salary: R65 000 basic pm plus quarterly incentives

The core purpose of the role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with extensive Fleet /OEM experience to join our team. Must be energetic and able to work under pressure, also flexible to work longer hours when necessary.

Academic qualifications
• Matric Certificate
• Tertiary Education in Marketing / Public Relations or relevant Business Field
• Drivers Licence

Work experience.
• Current experience in the same or similar role within the Motor Industry
• Minimum of 5-10 years experience in Fleet/OEMS
• Creative, solutions thinker
• Digital marketing exposure and understanding
• Well organized
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Knowledge

Practices of Management
• Health and Safety Compliance
• Existing Standard Operating Procedures

• Be responsible for the timely delivery of different communications, including research material through tracking and feedback activity
• Any other reasonable request from management.
